David Scharff brings a diverse background to his role as a Silver Transitions insurance professional. After earning a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity College, Hartford, CT in 1977, David designed and sold auxiliary health benefit programs to Taft-Hartley labor-management health and welfare funds in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Portland until 1994.
David also earned an MBA in health services management from Golden Gate University and obtained his California life and disability license in 1985. David subsequently represented several major co-employment organizations where he became intimately acquainted with the human resource issues faced by business owners.
David is excited that his role at Silver Transitions allows him to serve businessowners and their families even more effectively.
